Dear Family,

I have had this letter entirely too long. I was so excited to have it again so early then it got buried among all the other papers and things to do!

It is amazing that time goes past so quickly. It has been a quiet spring and summer. I took on some home renovating projects, painting and general redecorating. It has been a learning experience and dare I say ... fun!

The Hennigan Family, once again went to Charleston, South Carolina for the yearly vacation. As always it proved to be an interesting week. Nikki (Beth's daughter) stepped on a garden snake early in the week, it curled around her foot before her jumping and yelling scared it off. I think the whole neighborhood heard her scream. She wouldn't walk on that path for the rest of the week! I hate to admit it but that was the excitement for the week. Of course we played golf a bit, however, I don't think anyone had a game worth talking about! It rained every day with the exception of the last day there. However, we still enjoyed the sun and a little bit of the beach and the rest and relaxation!

Work has not changed very much, still as busy as ever! The Health System is growing from day to day. There is a bit of traveling involved but mostly around Western Pennsylvania. There is a conference in October in Reno, hopefully my boss will smile down on me and allow me to go!

The family reunion is fast approaching and I expect to be there. I am going to send this off to Aunt Barb so she has a chance to read and complete her letter before the reunion. Hope to see you therel
